Scope of Work: BE was responsible of the following works: Develop and submit the detailed design and construction documents for the architectural ,structural and MEP specialties. Prepare detailed design submission and tender documents: plans ,specifications Bill of Quantiries , work plan and time scheduale. Apply value and cost management techniques . Review and comment on all materials submitted by the contractor ,according to the specification in the tender documents.
