The current owners continue the construction and engineering in family tradition while maintaining its outstanding reputation with an uncompromising commitment to quality and safety. With a strong reputation as an industry leader in Design-Build construction, Consultants for Design and Build provides excellence in a full spectrum of pre-construction, projects’ management, design development, interior design and management, inspection, quality control services, construction works, and full turnkey solutions.

The idea of establishing KFA Consultants for Design and Build emerged in the early 1980s, as a result of extensive architectural and engineering experience gained through collaboration with European institutions — most notably the Danish model — as well as with Arab organizations in Iraq and Syria, in addition to valuable experience in academic teaching.
Since its inception, the company has been committed to continuous development, building upon the values of knowledge, quality, precision, and craftsmanship, to deliver engineering and consultancy services that meet international standards and reflect a clear vision of innovation and sustainability.
