Scope of Work: BE was responsible for performing the architectural, interior design,electrical , mechanical , and plumbing studies. The complex consists of the following functions & levels : Basement Floor : Included the ophthalmology wing with 11 separate clinicsGround Floor : Included the main reception and waiting areas , separateclinics , laboratory and pharmacy.First Floor : Included the dermatology wing with 7 separate clincs ,spa , meeting rooms and a gym.Roof Floor : Included the doctors accommodation suites , nurses and workers rooms.

VIEW MARKET PROJECT

Location: Park View , Erbil , Iraq. Plot Area: 1,800 SQM. Client : Private. Submission Date: 2016. Scope of Work: BE was responsible for performing the architectural, interior design, electrical , mechanical , and plumbing studies. The Supermarket consist of two floors with attached services and warehouse areas . Also , BE was awarded the supervision of the construction of the project .

PLAZA BUILDING

Location: Dream city , Erbil , Iraq Plot Area: : 1,875 SQM. Client : Nasri Group. Submission Date: 2016. BC was responsible to supplying and installing the exterior facades of the building. The exterior facade works included the glass facades, alucobond and aluminum works.

100 METER GAS STATION

Location: 100 Meter Street , Erbil, Iraq.Plot Area: : 3,500 SQM. Client : Aynda Oil Company.Submission Date: 2018.Scope of Work: BE was responsible for performing the Architectural , Interior Design , Electrical , Mechanical and Plumbing study for the project . The project consists of the following sections : The covered gas station pumps area.The underground fuel tanks zone .Central Supermarket and offices building .Car wash and services building . Also , BE was contracted the supervision on the project construction works.

AIRPORT ELEVESC PROJECT

Location: Ebril International Airport , Erbil , Iraq. Plot Area: 28,000 SQM. Client : Erbil International Airport. Submission Date: July , 2018. Scope of Work: Supplying & installing the Scada system for all elevators , escalators & walkways of Erbil International Airport including all needed electrical cabling and boards works . And providing all the needed training for EIA staff including a specialist training course in Malysia .

AIRPORT SOLAR FILM INSTALLATION PROJECT

Location: Ebril International Airport , Erbil , Iraq. Plot Area: 7,000 SQM. Client : Erbil International Airport. Submission Date: October , 2018. Scope of Work: Supplying & installing solar film for the glass facade of Erbil International Airport . we are the exclusive representatives of reflective company in Iraq and the only one that supply this high quality french solar film product . And with our professional team we have installed it to more than 7,000 sqm of the airports’ glass facades.

AIRPORT SMOKING ROOM RENOVATION WORKS

Location: Erbil International Airport , Erbil , IraqPlot Area: : 120 SQM. Client : Erbil International Airport.Submission Date: February, 2019.Scope of Work: Preparing a modern design for the smooking rooms that accommodates a longitudinal counter and a seating area with screens and internet facilities . the study included the interior design , mechanical and electrical detailed drawings.Constructing the approved design with our specialized engineers and workers for the architectural , electrical & mechanical works .

AIRPORT RUNWAY & ROMEO TAXIWAY WORKS:

Location: Romeo Taxiway at EIA & Main Runway at EIA.Plot Area: Damaged concrete areas (dispersed): 225 SQM.Cracks (dispersed) : 2.600 M.L Client : EIA (Erbil International Airport).Submission Date: 10-05-2017.Scope of Work: treating the concrete damaged areas and cracks through performing civil works and then applying the suitable materials from Koster.

SYRIATEL EXHIBITION

Location: Damascus International Fair, Damascus , Syria.Plot Area:200 SQM .Client : Syriatel.Submission Date: 2017 , 2018.Scope of Work: KFA was responsible for designing and constructing the exhibition lounge of Syriatel company at Damascus International Fair ground .The concept design is that the atructure could be dismantled and reconstruction for the next years exhibitions .KFA was successful in accomplishing this task and the some structure was used for the following year in 2018 .

SYRIATEL- RED LOUNGE

Location: ALmazze , Damascus , Syria. Plot Area:300 SQM . Client : Syriatel. Submission Date: 2018. Scope of Work: KFA was responsible of performing renovation works for the center , that include the following works : Civil works : including concrete casting , block , plaster ,paint , steel , gypsum board , doors & windows , ceramic tiles , marble , wooden works and maintainance works Mechanical works : including providing and installing new HVAC systems with all needed piping & accessories works .Sanitation works : including water tanks ,pumps , heaters,PVC & PRP pipes sanitation fixtures with all needed piping & accessories .Electrical works : including lighting fixtures ,switches , sockets , panels and earthing systems with all needed cabling works .Low current system works : incuding cctv ,intrusion systems and sound systems .
