Location: 100 Meter Street , Erbil, Iraq.
Plot Area: : 3,500 SQM.
Client : Aynda Oil Company.
Submission Date: 2018.
Scope of Work: BE was responsible for performing the Architectural , Interior Design , Electrical , Mechanical and Plumbing study for the project . The project consists of the following sections :
- The covered gas station pumps area.
- The underground fuel tanks zone .
- Central Supermarket and offices building .
- Car wash and services building .
Also , BE was contracted the supervision on the project construction works.
