Scope of Work: BE was responsible of the following works:
- Develop and submit the detailed design and construction documents for the architectural ,structural and MEP specialties.
- Prepare detailed design submission and tender documents : plans , specifications Bill of Quantiries , work plan and time scheduale.
- Apply value and cost management techniques .
- Review and comment on all materials submitted by the contractor , according to the specification in the tender documents.
